Your reminder could be a red light, a raised voice, your own yawn, soreness or pain in any part of your body, the hour changing on the computer clock, the urge for a snack or drink a cup of coffee. Try this full breaking technique. Breathe in on a count of three, hold for a count of three and breathe out on a count of three.
