I speak to women about the fine line we must walk to have power. We are judged harshly and often for not getting it right, but for some who judge us, there is no right, because they don’t want us to be powerful. Hurray! for all the women who do it their way!!!
“For women politicians, of course, the demands amplify: Attractive, but not too attractive. Put-together, but not excessively. Well dressed, but. Made up, but. Confident, but....” I say dang all those buts!!!
