1. Change stress to challenge. When you find yourself saying or
thinking, "I am so busy" or "I am overwhelmed," replace those
thoughts with positive ideas, such as:
I am getting so much done.
I feel so challenged lately.
I am learning how much I can get done in a
day.
I have things I can accomplish easily and so
much to be grateful for.
When I do the things I need to do I
feel better.
I will do one thing right now.
Say the new thought out loud
putting your body language in the position that makes you feel that way
