Watch other people get fit. Even if you don't exercise, one
new research study has shown that people who viewed people exercising had
increased activity in their brain’s mirror neurons, which stimulates the
impulse to mimic others. The effect is so powerful when you do exercise it
doubles your exercise intensity, so watch before you do and you'll create your
dream body in half the time.
